Location - spent my last few nights here and only a 5 min drive to the Airport. 5 min walk to the beach and plenty of shops and eateries as soon as you walk out the front door.. Value for money - only paid $32 a night. Room was very clean, bed comfy, shower hot, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo / conditioner, little balcony, cable TV (Aus channels), no wifi issues and good size pool with pool bar (also a seperate kiddies pool which is in the photo I've attached taken from my balcony). Water temp in pool was good, plenty of sun throughout the day and no issue at all getting a lounge by the pool. Food - the food in the restaurant was delicious and prices were extremely cheap for a Hotel eg beautiful dish of chicken and veges, similar to stir fry, was only $6 (didn't have breakkie but purchased lunch and dinner a couple of times) - there was also a large outside area part of the restaurant (elevated) and was great sitting, eating and watching activity on the street.

Front desk agent upon checkout was incredibly helpful. I was short 10,000 IDR for the taxi to the airport because I was informed of the incorrect price by the taxi company and could not pay with a credit card due to a glitch with the taxi app. To ensure I did not miss my flight he gave me 10,000 IDR. The gesture meant a lot and really demonstrated hospitality. I don't have his name though hope the property can find out and give him recognition for his kind gesture.

the staff were absolutely brilliant, super smiley, friendly and attentive. the rooms were clean and spacious, and I was also a huge fan of the green mood lighting. amazing value for money, and the outer of the building including the pools again looked beautiful. close to the airport, close to the beach, a cheap grab away to either/or, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I found the buffet breakfast just ok but the 360 restaurant which opens after 11.am is very good. The price and quality of food is excellent. They also do an all day breakfast. I think the restaurant needs more exposure from the street with a displayed menu as it's not very noticeable for tourists passing by. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great pool!

A short walk to Discovery Mall, Waterbom and many restaurants, we coordinated with our driver @madeinbalitoursandtransport. Buffet breakfast where the milk pudding and egg station were my favorite. Or just swim in the adult pool with swim up bar. The coffee shop Dripz and laundry Mat TUDE super close.
